Common questions

Is Hair Miles available to all customers?
Hair Miles is a Pro-only program. You need an approved LINEONE Hair Pro account to earn — every active Pro is automatically enrolled in Economy Plus (free). Subscribe to Business Class or First Class for higher rates and lower thresholds.
How do I earn Hair Miles?
Place a qualifying order. Hair Miles credit is calculated automatically using your cabin's bracket structure and the qualifying subtotal of your order. Credit lands in your account within minutes of order confirmation — no codes, no claims, nothing to apply.
How do I redeem my Hair Miles?
At checkout, you will see your Hair Miles balance with an option to apply -- use any amount you want and save the rest for later. Stacks with any other discounts. Check your balance, tier, and activity anytime at your Hair Miles dashboard.
How long does Hair Miles credit last?
180 days from the date it was earned. You can apply any amount at checkout — partial or full — and the rest stays in your balance to use on a future order, within the 180-day window. Most Pros use their balance well before expiry.
What happens if I refund an order?
Cashback on refunded items is reversed proportionally. You keep credit on items you don't return. If you've already spent the cashback, our team will settle the balance with your next order — no separate action needed.
Can I switch cabins or cancel?
Yes. Cabin changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Monthly plans have a 90-day minimum from signup — cancel anytime after. Annual plans cancel at the next renewal. Credit you've already earned stays in your account for the full 180-day expiry, regardless of tier changes.
Does my Pro discount stack with Hair Miles?
Yes. Your Pro discount applies as usual, and Hair Miles are calculated on the discounted order subtotal. Pro pricing and Hair Miles stack on every qualifying order — they're independent benefits.
What doesn't earn Hair Miles?
Gift cards, course tickets, education enrollments, shipping, tax, and the membership subscription itself. Pro discounts on the underlying products still apply normally — Hair Miles just doesn't accrue on these line items.
How do I get a Private invitation?
Private is invite-only. We review eligibility quarterly and reach out personally to the Pros we want to recognize. There's no application — order well, take care of your clients, and you may hear from us.

Hair Miles is the LINEONE Hair Pro loyalty program. Credit expires 180 days from the date earned. Monthly memberships have a 90-day minimum commitment. Annual memberships are non-refundable. Earning calculated on qualifying product subtotal — excludes shipping, tax, gift cards, education / course tickets, and the membership subscription. Private tier rates are extended to invited members.
