Membership Terms

Effective June 1, 2026. These terms govern your participation in the Hair Miles membership program operated by LINEONE Hair.

1. About Hair Miles

Hair Miles is a tiered membership program available exclusively to hair professionals with an approved LINEONE Pro account. By subscribing to a paid Hair Miles tier you receive accelerated store credit on qualifying orders, plus tier-specific benefits, in exchange for a recurring subscription fee.

The free Economy Plus tier is included with every approved Pro account at no cost. Business Class, First Class, and Private are paid subscription tiers.

2. Eligibility

  • You must hold a valid LINEONE Pro account in Active status.
  • You must agree to receive program communications by both email and text message (see §9 — Communications & Consent).
  • Private tier is invitation-only; access is granted at LINEONE's sole discretion.

3. Subscription, Billing & Pricing

  • Business Class: $7.99 per month, or $87.99 per year (one month free).
  • First Class: $15.99 per month, or $175.99 per year (one month free).
  • Private: By invitation only. Tier details and pricing are shared with invited members.

All amounts are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically at the listed price on the same date each billing cycle until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize LINEONE Hair to charge your saved payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

The subscription price at the time you subscribe is the price you continue to pay at each renewal. LINEONE Hair may change subscription prices for future renewals with at least 30 days' advance written notice to your account email. If you do not wish to renew at the new price, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Minimum Term & Cancellation

  • Monthly subscriptions are subject to a 3-month minimum term from the contract start date. You cannot cancel or downgrade during the minimum term.
  • Annual subscriptions are naturally locked for the 12-month term you paid for.
  • After the minimum term you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • If you cancel or downgrade, a 60-day cooldown applies before you may upgrade to a paid tier again.
  • Tier upgrades or downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle — never mid-cycle.

5. Store Credit & Earning

Each qualifying order earns store credit at the rate published for your active tier on the Hair Miles rewards page. Credit is issued automatically when the order is paid and is added to your LINEONE store credit balance.

  • Earning brackets are calculated on the product line-item subtotal only (excluding shipping and tax).
  • Excluded line items: gift cards, the Hair Miles subscription itself, education/course products, and anything tagged "no-rewards" in our catalog.
  • Pro pricing discounts do count toward bracket qualification.
  • Members earn at their active tier's rate only — there is no stacking on top of Economy Plus.

6. Credit Expiry & Use

  • Hair Miles store credit expires 180 days from the date it was issued. Credits are redeemed in first-in-first-out order at checkout.
  • Credit may be applied to any LINEONE Hair purchase except gift cards, subscription fees, and other credit-restricted items.
  • Store credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be refunded for cash.

7. Refunds, Returns & Clawback

When an order is refunded, the store credit earned on the refunded portion is clawed back from your account on a proportional basis. If you have already redeemed that credit, the remaining outstanding amount may be:

  • recovered from your future store credit balance, or
  • recovered as a discount adjustment on your next order, or
  • written off at LINEONE's discretion for small balances.

8. Shipping Address & Member Items

The shipping address you provide at subscription is used by LINEONE Hair to ship any physical materials sent to Hair Miles members from time to time at no charge. You can update your shipping address from your account before any scheduled shipment.

9. Communications & Consent

Paid Hair Miles subscribers must consent to receive both email and text (SMS) marketing communications from LINEONE Hair. This is a condition of participation in paid tiers, but it is not a condition of purchasing any other product on our store.

By subscribing to a paid Hair Miles tier you expressly consent to receive recurring autodialed marketing text messages and emails from LINEONE Hair at the phone number and email address on your account, including program updates, exclusive offers, anniversary communications, and time-sensitive account messages. Frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any non-membership purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You may also unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing orders@lineonehair.com.

If you withdraw email or SMS consent your paid Hair Miles subscription may be cancelled. Your Economy Plus enrollment is unaffected.

10. Private Tier

Private is offered exclusively by invitation. LINEONE reviews eligibility on a quarterly basis based on trailing 12-month spend, professional standing, and program fit. There is no public sign-up for Private; invitations are not transferable.

An invited Private subscriber who holds an existing paid tier must replace that subscription with the Private contract at the next billing cycle. LINEONE will coordinate this transition; no additional action is required from you beyond accepting the invitation.

11. Program Changes, Suspension & Termination

LINEONE Hair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Hair Miles program, individual tiers, earning rates, or these terms at any time, with reasonable advance notice for material changes. Changes will be communicated by email and posted to this page.

LINEONE may suspend or terminate any individual account for violation of these terms, abuse of the program (including but not limited to upgrade-then-large-order-then-downgrade patterns), fraud, chargebacks, or activities inconsistent with the spirit of a professional loyalty program. In the event of termination for cause, unredeemed store credit may be forfeited.

12. Pro Account Status

Hair Miles participation requires Pro status. If your Pro account becomes Expired, Suspended, or otherwise non-Active, your paid subscription may be paused, downgraded, or cancelled. Reinstating Pro status does not automatically restore a previously cancelled Hair Miles subscription; you may re-subscribe at that time, subject to the cooldown in §4.

13. Privacy

Use of Hair Miles is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. We share Pro and order data with vendors solely as needed to operate the program (e.g., email/SMS providers, payment processor, store credit ledger).

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINEONE Hair's total liability arising from or related to the Hair Miles program is limited to the amount of subscription fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Store credit is the sole earned benefit of the program; LINEONE makes no warranty regarding earning rates, future tier structure, or specific gift items.
