Shipping policy

LINEONE Hair ships worldwide. Below are the shipping options available in the U.S., along with international shipping, tracking, and address-change information.

U.S. shipping options

  • Standard — Delivery in 3 to 5 business days via UPS/USPS. Flat rate $10.
  • Express — Order by noon PT, Monday–Friday; processing begins the same day. Delivery in 2 to 3 business days via UPS 2nd Day Air.
  • Next day — Order by noon PT, Monday–Friday; processing begins the same day. Next-day delivery via UPS.

Orders placed after the noon deadline on weekdays, or during the weekend, begin processing the following business day. Please expect a processing time of 1–2 business days for orders placed with standard shipping.

International shipping

All international orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping rates are provided through UPS and DHL at checkout.

Shipment tracking

You can track your order via the Shipment Notification email(s), the Order Confirmation page, or the Account section on lineonehair.com / the LINEONE Hair app. You may receive more than one Shipment Notification email if items from your order ship separately. If tracking information is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at orders@lineonehair.com.

Can I change address information on my current order?

LINEONE Hair orders begin processing as soon as they are submitted and typically cannot be stopped or changed. If you need to make edits to your order within an hour of placing it, please email us at orders@lineonehair.com and we will do our best to accommodate, though we cannot guarantee it.

Once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct address information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. Modifying addresses or shipping methods can significantly impact delivery time and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier:

  • UPS (domestic): Create a free UPS My Choice account for address updates.
  • USPS (domestic): Use USPS Package Intercept to make address changes.
  • DHL (international): Use DHL On Demand Delivery to change your delivery address, reschedule, collect from a ServicePoint, or place a vacation hold.

Lost or stolen packages

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. Some carriers may scan a package as "Delivered" while it is still out for delivery, and may physically deliver it within the next four business days. After 4 business days, if your order shows as "Delivered" by the carrier and you still cannot locate your package — after checking the area surrounding your delivery address — please reach out to us at orders@lineonehair.com.

Please note: LINEONE Hair is not liable for missing or stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe a package was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time we are not set up for reshipments or exchanges on lost/stolen orders and require that a new order is placed.
