Line One Hair ships worldwide.
We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.
Standard - Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days via UPS/USPS flat rate $10
Express - Order by Noon PT. M-F Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS 2nd day air
Next day - Order by Noon PT. M-F Processing begins that same day. Next day delivery via UPS
Orders placed after noon deadline weekdays or during the weekends will begin processing the following business day.
Please expect a processing time of 1-2 business days for orders placed with standard shipping.
International shipping
All international orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping rates are provided through UPS and DHL at checkout.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You can track your order via the Shipment Notification E-mail(s), Order Confirmation Page or the Account section on Lineonehair.com / Line One Hair App.
Please note that you may receive more than one Shipment Notification E-mail if item(s) from your order are shipping separately.

CAN I CHANGE ADDRESS INFORMATION ON MY CURRENT ORDER?
Line One Hair orders begin processing as soon as submitted and typically cannot be stopped or changed. If you need to make edits to your order within an hour of placing please email us at Orders@lineonehair.com and we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee.
However, once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct any address information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier.
Please note that modifying addresses or shipping methods can significantly impact the delivery processing time(s) and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.
Here are the specific instructions for our various carrier types:
UPS (Domestic Orders):

USPS (Domestic Orders):

DHL (International Orders):
You can change your delivery address, reschedule your delivery date/time, request to collect your shipment from a ServicePoint or place your shipment on a vacation hold using On Demand Delivery site.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.
After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please reach out to us at Orders@lineonehair.com
Please note, Line One Hair is not liable for missing or stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.
