Membership terms
How does the auto-renewal work?
Monthly plans bill on the same day each month. Annual plans bill once and cover 12 months. Both auto-renew until you cancel. We email you 7 days before any annual renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — after the 90-day minimum on monthly plans, you can cancel from your account page or by emailing orders@lineonehair.com. Annual plans cancel at the next renewal date.
What if I downgrade or cancel — do I lose my earned credit?
No. Hair Miles credit you've already earned stays in your account for the full 180-day expiry, regardless of your tier status going forward.
Are there exclusions?
Gift cards, course tickets, and the membership subscription itself don't earn cashback. Pro discounts still apply on the underlying products. Refunded items trigger a proportional clawback of the cashback earned on that order.
