Refund policy
At LINEONE Hair, we want you to love what you receive. Because of the personal nature of hair products, we offer exchanges and store credit (not monetary refunds) on eligible items, as described below.
Returns & exchanges for store credit
Exchanges or returns for store credit on unopened, unused hair may be requested within 14 days of delivery and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee may be waived if the hair is returned in new, unopened condition. We do not offer monetary refunds.
To request a return for store credit or exchange on a hair tool purchased on our website, please email orders@lineonehair.com within 14 days of delivery. Tools must be unused and in their original packaging.
For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or defective orders
It's rare, but occasionally an order will be damaged or defective upon arrival. Please open and inspect your order upon receipt and contact orders@lineonehair.com within 72 hours of delivery in the case of damage or defect, including photos so we can make it right.
How to start a return
Email orders@lineonehair.com with your order number and reason for the return. We respond to all emails promptly during our business hours (Monday–Friday 9am–4pm, Saturday–Sunday 10am–3pm).
