How do I get invited?
Private is offered by personal invitation from the LINEONE Hair team. We extend invitations based on annual order volume, account history, and education program participation. If you'd like to be considered, email orders@lineonehair.com with your account email.
How does the auto-renewal work?
Private bills monthly on the same day each month and auto-renews until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What if I cancel — do I lose my earned credit?
No. Hair Miles credit you've already earned stays in your account for the full 180-day expiry. Cancellation moves you back to Economy Plus.
Are there exclusions?
Gift cards, course tickets, and the membership subscription itself don't earn cashback. Pro discounts still apply on the underlying products. Refunded items trigger a proportional clawback of the cashback earned on that order.
